• Package price does not include any item or services not mention here.
• On receiving your consent we shall check for availability of services and accurate cost.
• Quote is subject to change without prior notice & is not guaranteed.
• Any changes to the routing/ dates & flights/ duration of stay necessitate a new quotation.
• No reservations - Land or Air are held at this moment.
• Airline, Hotel and other land Reservations will be made only on receipt of full payment.
• Once payment is made, any subsequent alterations/amendments may attract cancellation charges which is payable by you.
• Quote is worked out on the basis of the above-mentioned dates
• We strongly recommend holiday insurance to cover unforeseen eventualities.
• Check-in & Check-out at the hotel is strictly between 1400 and 1200 hrs (noon). Early check-in and/or late check-out is/are not guaranteed and is/are usually subject to availability and hotel occupancy. When occupancy is high the hotel may levy an early Check-in or late Check-out charge.
• All hotel costs and transport costs will be fixed and non-refundable
• Names of the passengers must be spelt exactly as in the passport.
• Flight tickets once issued will not be cancelled / will be non-refundable and will strictly not permit date change or name change
• All bookings are governed by the Terms & Conditions of bookings mentioned in the MMI Travel Booking Form

Cricket Match Related

This itinerary is based on the official scheduled dates of fixtures as released by ICC and does not always make provision for rain delays. Should clients wish to cover themselves for postponed matches due to rain delay, an extra nights accommodation (and transport if required) in the match venue should be requested by the client to be incorporated into the itinerary.

Clients are warned that should they not take this option, last minute changes to accommodation, transport and/or flights will not be possible. If clients do not make provision for rain delays as listed in point above, any costs incurred for extensions of stay, transport etc will be for the clients own account and MMI Travel indemnifies itself from all claims whatsoever.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will not entail a refund. Although we will extend all assistance wherever possible, bookings for such events are governed by strict cancellation policy. MMI Travel will not be responsible for any loss due to ‘force majeure’.

Please check VISA requirement for the country of arrival from the concerned Embassy/Consulate to avoid any disappointment.
