1. Who provides the packages on MMI Travel?

   To enhance your experience on the site, we have developed a network of carefully selected travel suppliers. These suppliers provide the packages that are shown on the portal.

2. How do I book a holiday package on MMI Travel?

   When you have identified a package that you are interested in, your exact holiday details (such as the travel dates and the number of passengers) are sent to the travel supplier for a price quote. Once we receive the quote from the supplier, it is automatically forwarded to you. Each price quote is valid for 72-hours from its receipt.

3. How do I change, cancel or get a refund for a holiday package booking?

   If you wish to make any changes to a holiday package or special offer, you should contact our leisure specialists. Please read the cancellation policy of your package carefully, as charges may apply. (The policy is provided to you when you pay for the package from the travel supplier.)
