Booking Marhaba Services

Note: Refunds can be accepted and processed only at the MMI office.

You must notify MMI by facsimile or email of any amendment to or cancellation of your flight itinerary, at least 8 hours prior to your originally scheduled flight arrival or departure time or the charges for your Marhaba Services will be payable in full.

Charges for Marhaba Services are deemed to be incurred upon confirmation of your booking. Cancellations and amendments are subject to below conditions. No Shows will be charged in full.

Refunds by (full or in part) will incur an AED 25 cancellation process fee, except for the following cases:

If the passenger’s original visa has already been accepted at the Marhaba Sales MMI office, the visa delivery service charges is not refundable.
In the event that cancellation is made less than 8 hrs of the flight arrival/departure to/from Dubai International Airport, service charges will not be refundable.
