  2. Infants under 3 years of age are free of charge but must be named on the Travel Insurance policy.

  4. To include Sub Aqua Travel Insurance cover add 50% of the above single trip premiums.
  5. The maximum age of acceptance will be 65 years of age at the date the certificate is issued.
